While we can only ship to one destination per order, feel free to spread the love by placing separate orders for multiple addresses.
How soon will my order be shipped?
We work our magic ASAP, typically sending out your goodies within 1-2 working days. If there are any delays we'll reach out with an estimation or replacement idea.
How long will Delivery take?
For metro areas, expect your goodies to arrive within 2-4 working days, for regional areas, WA and NT allow around around 5-7 working days. Need something urgently? Give us a buzz, and we'll try our best to quote and look into a priority courier option.
How much is shipping?
Our delivery fees are calculated based on weight and your location. Starting from just $10 you can have your order shipped to you anywhere in Australia!
Do I have to be home to accept delivery?
Postal partners will leave your treats at the door with Authority To Leave if it’s safe to do so or they will be re-delivered or redirected to your Post Office.
What if my parcel is lost or stolen?
While we're the wizards of sweetness, we can't control everything. If your parcel goes on an adventure without you or is missing please reach out to the courier/postal partner to track it down.

What if my product is affected by heat or broken?
While we take every precaution with packing, extreme heat can be unkind on chocolate. We do hold off on shipping during hot weather to keep your goodies safe and sound and we suggest you are also mindful. We are not responsible for weather damage once in the hands of courier partners or at your residence. If your good arrive broken or damaged please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
No we don't do refunds or exchanges for online purchases so please choose carefully.

Do you offer bulk discounts?
Many of our goods online already feature a bulk discounted warehouse price. Please get in touch if you have a HUGE order outside our online offering.
What if my SALE product has a short best before date?
Our SALE products may sometimes be close to their 'best before' date, but rest assured, they're always in excellent condition. If they are being sold close the the best before this will be detailed in the product description and the the RRP will be discounted accordingly. All our products carry a 'best before' date, indicating their peak freshness. Properly stored chocolate can be enjoyed long after this date without any concerns. Please ensure you check the product description of all SALE items to check if it has a short best before detailed.
How do you support sustainability in shipping and packaging practices?
We support eco-friendly practices by packing your orders in recycled shipping boxes, hence you may notice your order arrives in a product specific box. Additionally, our gift boxes and gift tubes are crafted with reuse in mind. They’re not only designed to make your gifts look great but can also be repurposed for future use.

Returns
We will happily refund or organise a replacement for your order for the following reasons:
1) You're not 100% satisfied with the quality of the product, or it has been damaged during delivery.
2) You've received the incorrect products in your order.

If a refund is approved, this will be done via the same payment method in which you placed your order; so either a credit card or PayPal payment.
Refunds can take 3-4 business days to process, depending on bank providers.
If we are re-sending something out to you that has either been left off an order, or didn't arrive in good condition, then Sweet As will cover this charge to redeliver these products to you.
